Emergency Medical ID Wallet Card
As mentioned in the Chapters February, 2009, issue of HOGWASH by Safety Officer, Tim D.
"This is a voluntary program in which I hope you will seriously consider participating. This card is for your benefit, not the
Chapter’s (though there are some systemic benefits). In the event of an emergency, this card can provide information that could be
useful to emergency personnel, such as contact information, medications and allergies, and pre-existing conditions."
It is suggested that members keep a copy of this medical card next to their drivers license in case of a medical emergency.
